Pricing varies by service type, reflecting the complexity, travel requirements, and level of personal involvement. Retainer clients receive discounted rates, flexible scheduling, and exclusive priority access to services.

RETAINER & INCENTIVE POLICY

  • Clients who renew consecutively receive an additional 5% loyalty discount on the next package.

  • Unused hours may be rolled over once if the next retainer is purchased before expiration.

  • Additional hours beyond the package are billed at the standard hourly rate of the selected service.

  • Retainers may be applied across multiple service types within the same category (personal, executive, or travel).

PAYMENT & TERMS

  • Payments accepted via card, ACH, or business invoice.

  • Services begin once deposit and signed agreement are received.

  • Cancellations and reschedules must follow company policy (minimum 24-hour notice).

  • No refunds on retainers once service has commenced; credits may be applied toward future bookings.
