By accessing or using this website (“Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. Boston Lead Concierge provides virtual administrative support, remote Executive Support, personal concierge services, lifestyle management, and business-support services. All services are subject to availability and professionalism. Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information and communicate respectfully. Payments are due prior to service delivery. We accept credit cards, ACH, or approved invoices. Late payments may incur fees or suspension of service. Boston Lead Concierge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Services are provided “as-is.” These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Ownership of Content

All content, designs, logos, graphics, images, software, and other materials on this Website (collectively, "Content") are the intellectual property of Boston Lead Concierge or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any part of the Website or Content without express written permission from us.

 

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to resell or commercially exploit the Website or its Content without prior written consent.

PRIVACY POLICY

Boston Lead Concierge collects personal and business information to provide and improve services, including contact details, billing information, and project instructions. Data is securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel. We do not sell or trade client data. Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing info@bostonleadconcierge.com. We may use cookies for analytics and functionality. You can disable them in your browser settings.

NoN-DIsclosure Agreement (nda) policy

Boston Lead Concierge and its representatives agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, data, and communications. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, personal data, business plans, trade secrets, contacts, financial details, and proprietary information. No information will be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the client, unless required by law. All staff, subcontractors, and affiliates are required to sign individual NDAs prior to engagement. Breach of confidentiality may result in termination, legal action, or both. All non-public business, client, and operational data shared by Boston Lead Concierge is deemed confidential.  These Non-Disclosure Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are attached to each invoice and govern the confidentiality obligations between Boston Lead Concierge (“Company”) and its Clients, Vendors, Contractors, and Associates (“Recipient”). By accepting services, submitting payment, or entering into partnership with the Company, the Recipient agrees to the confidentiality terms outlined herein. (See NDA Terms & Condition Policy Form) 

Mobile Phone & Communication Policy

All employees and contractors must use mobile devices professionally and securely. Do not use personal apps or group chats for client communications without authorization. Voicemail greetings must identify the company. Do not contact clients outside of agreed business hours unless pre-approved. Lost or stolen devices must be reported immediately. Screenshots or recordings of client data are prohibited. Violations may result in disciplinary action or termination.

Return & Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All services provided by Boston Lead Concierge are custom and time-based; refunds are generally not issued after work has begun. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to future services with at least 7 business days' notice. Clients may cancel in writing; partial refunds may apply based on completed work. If dissatisfied, clients must notify the company within 3 business days. Revisions or service credits may be issued at discretion.

Digital products and templates are non-returnable.

We understand that schedules change. To respect our clients and team’s time, the following applies:

  • Standard Bookings: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

  • Retainer Clients: Cancellations require 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. Unused hours do not roll over.

  • Deposits: Non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled 48 hours in advance.

  • Emergencies: Exceptions may be made at our discretion for verified emergencies or unforeseen events
